Refund Etiquette help me!?

I bought an item off a person i am familiar with on an auction site. They have bought from me before and told me the item didn't work. They waited two months to tell me but i still replaced no questions asked, without making them send the item back.

I decided to shop with them and i received an item that clearly has a cut mark in it. It is a purse, i went back to the auction picture and had a look and you can see in the auction picture a faint mark. This is impossible to see unless you know what you are looking for and it was not mentioned in the auction. Who would buy a brand new purse with a cut in it.

I'm not rich and i am wondering if i should say something to her about it. She could obviously see she sold it to me like that, i would never do that to someone. The item i sold her that was faulty was fully sealed and unopened and i had no idea anything was wrong as you can't know that until you open it.

What should i do? I feel bad to bring it up.
