jeeper_peeper321 has a spectacular aura about
If you voluntarily disenroll from ROTC,

After your freshmen year for scholarship students.

Or while attending advance course for non scholarship students.

IE: If you are a obligated member of ROTC.

Then you will have to pay back, any scholorship monies recieved.

And complete your 3 year service obligation in enlisted status.

There are very few reasons to disenroll from Obligated ROTC and have your military commitment waived.

2. Starting salary for a 2nd LT in the AF is around 2,555.70 a month.

3. It happens, if you have a good major, you should have a decent job.

4. If WW lll breaks out, they would probally keep ROTC cadets in school untill the graduate.

You are obligated to serve,

After your freshman year as a ROTC scholorship student.

Or after you start the advanced course for non scholorship students.

Whether that service is as an officer or as an enlisted member, depends on if you graduate and complete ROTC or not.
