First, find out if you are even qualified to enlist in the first place. Take the ASVAB.
Then, if you are, research both. Talk to the USAF and USMC recruiters, and make a decision.
You won't be guaranteed anything by either branch upon enlistment - open contract with the USMC, and you get to pick "career fields" in the USAF. Very rarely does either branch guarantee an MOS at the enlistment stage.
If you want a guaranteed job in the military that YOU pick, join the Army or Navy.
You are asking to compare the USMC, which has many, many different specialties, to pararescue - which is one specific thing. Can't really compare them like that.
