I'm telling you now, you can't really write a bestseller at thirteen; unless you're an extremely good writer, which not many barely-teenagers or even regular teens are. The point of fiction writing is to make something seem real, and an author needs a bit of general life experience, to be able to shape characters and plots realistically. At 13, you're just starting your life. Give it time.
I am NOT telling you not to write it, in fact, I think you should for experience. I'm just saying don't expect it to be a bestseller.
