No, not weddings, but I was in Quebec City, Canada, in 1984 and I tell you that fully half the city (it seemed) was caricatured in ice. People, animals, buildings, auto's, lamp posts, it seemed everything was made of ice. They do that every year in this beautiful city of 600,000 and it is phenomenal. Now as for the wedding, yes the ice sculpture of a castle, or even something smaller, will be something that people will remember forever and will take pictures of and treasure. I mean really, how many people go to a wedding and can come away with the memory AND the pictures of such a unique exhibit? It is something that everyone lucky enough to be there will treasure and enjoy for as long as their memories and their pictures hold out. Now you said you were "having a castle". Does that mean you are creating an ice castle? And your theme is Cinderella. So it sounds as if you are creating a whole theme of a castle, Cinderella and probably the accompanying characters, and if so you certainly have your work cut out for you, but you will enjoy it and that's what it's all about, and others will share in the enjoyment with you.
