ok so im lucky and never get acne, and for the past 4 days iv had a 103 fever with strep throat - does my face prob have anything to do with that by anychance? cuz....

when i woke up this morning, my whole face was covered with extremely tiny bumps all over my face - it sorta seems like a tinier version of egsama (exsama) i dont know how to spell it

anyways, its still not gone and its really bumpy and driving me crazy- but you cant tell i have it from far away, its just upclose and driving me insane

any idea what it is? and how do i get rid of it? or maybe, will it go away as soon as it came on
