Oh geez!! lol First I would have a hard time not laughing since, You know they ask very seriously. Second I would tell him(Since I have a son), that people all have different words for " Boy Parts"(that is what we say). then I would explain how some of the things people call it arent nice words and shouldnt be repeated. and then I would drop it. But the Lunch thing is pretty funny
