LOL! I'm sorry this is so cute! I would think that more than likely that one of his little guy friends has a Daddy that refers to it as a sack. You could explain to your son that it's a rude way to refer to what you would call testicles. Tell him that it's more proper that you use the right words and that rude ones aren't that cool. He'll understand and even agree with you maybe?
