| I have recently gotten a divorce and few days after got my green card after removal
of conditions. Is it valid I was married in june 2004 and went to the states in may 2005. i received my conditional green card and then filed for removal of conditions. my life was a living hell during all this time and i reached my limit and left in april of 2007 and filed for divorce. i had no money or job and was living with a few friends. the divorce was taking long as he would not turn up for hearings. so i left the US and came back to my country. the divorce in the us was finalized in feb 2008 and march 2008 i received my green card. i am now planning to go back to the US. is my card valid? |
