I hate to break it to you, but if he has allergies, chances are he's going to have them for the rest of his life. My seasonal allergies started when I was about three, but I didn't take medication for them until I was 12. I still have them to this day, and I still take medicine to control them. I really wish I had gotten on medication at a younger age. Sniffling, sneezing, and getting headaches when you're little really puts a damper in typical outdoor play. Please, from someone who had to suffer through it, put him on the medication.
