Welcome to the 'club' my friend. Am younger than you, but because of disabilities (Arthritis) use a walking stick. Before my hip operations, mobility was 'very poor' to the extent that I was assisted across a road crossing by a little old lady approximately 15 - 20 years my senior - just how embarrasing is that???
