1. The products of (light) photosynethis are glucose (sugar) and oxygen
C02 + water = H20 + glucose
As sunlight is a essential to the process (as it provides an energy source) when the plant is placed in the dark the plant is unable to photosynethise, as no energy source is present. Hence the dark photosynthesis has no products.
2. Enzymes are a protein that are used in all chemial reactions to speed up the process. If enzymes where not present, cellular respiration and photosynthesis would not be able to occur effeciently, and eventually not at all. The process would be way to slow.
3. An electron transport chain associates electron carriers and mediating biochemical reactions that produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is a major energy intermediate in living organisms. It increases the effiency of organisms to process/extract energy from sugar molecules by converting energy into ATP
4. Photoautotrophs are organisms that carry out photosynthesis. Using energy from sunlight, carbon dioxide and water are converted into organic materials to be used in cellular functions such as biosynthesis and respiration.
Chemotrophs are organisms that obtain energy by the oxidation of electron donating molecules in their environments. They carry out a similar process to photosynethis however they use chemicals as their energy source, not sunlight
