| You can't be all that bad at writing, considering you're one of the few people I've seen here on Yahoo Answers who can write a sentence without multiple crimes against basic grammar. Sounds like you've got a good head on your shoulders, too -- odds are you would not feel out of place in a philosophy class.
That said, if it's essay-writing you're worried about, I might suggest you contact someone in the Philosophy dep't. of an area college (especially if it's one you're considering). Tell him/her what you're thinking, and see if they'd be willing to help give you a sense of where your writing is. Maybe you can get a sample essay prompt, bring it to them, and see what they think of it.
Or, you could always take an English Composition-type class or two. A lot of those are focused on improving students' analytical and writing skills. |
