| How to get ready for Coast Guard AST (rescue swimmer) A-School?
I was wondering what was the bet training regimen to get ready for Coast Guard AST. I will be going to CG Basic about this time next year (I already started the enlistment process) and when I graduate I want my rate to be AST. I just want to know about how many miles should I be able to run and swim etc. THANKS!!!!! |
