uhmmmm, financial aid will cover tuition/fees aaaand i believe housing ugh but i'm not exactly sure because i never lived on dorms.. uhm, they're basically giving YOU the money and you decide pretty much what you want to do with it - a few days before class starts, you'll get your money (through online banking or check however you choose according to your college)
I go to university of texas and they have an option "defer payment (of tuition) for financial aid" sooo it's not automatic that financial aid will pay for it, you have to pay for things yourself, do you get what i mean?
ahh well lol try calling the college you want to go to, they'll DEFINITELY help you out, that's what they're there for!
