| How to be respectful in China. etiquette?
I am going to Nanjing this summer to study business and Manderin. And I was wonder what customs and eitiquette should i know to be as respectful as possible. Also what should I not do, that would seem disrespectful without me knowing it.
Also these are very stupid questions but I would like to know.
In Japan they always take off their shoes when ever they go inside, and do they do the same in China?
Also do chinese sleep with the bed on the floor or on a bed frame?
My chinese teaher also said that their is no toilet paper in public bathrooms, is this true?
I know the Chinese have a long history of tradition and culture and the last thing I wanna do is disrespect the Chinese in any way shape or form. |
