Honeslty you just have to let it heal! I was on crutches for a few days and then i slowly started walking, then running and then playing again. It took me about a month to fully recover! I recomend you dont push it - if you do play, good luck cause im the type of player who doesnt sit out and it hurt so bad that i cried every time!
All you can do is ice, rest and if your gonna play wrap it! |
