| This is no BS, no joke - every one of them that I've met (and it's a few of 'em) wondered why they just didn't go ahead and join the Army. No kidding. They have to pass our APFT, they're with us all the time etc. Great bunch of guys - some grouched about slow promotions, but I couldn't tell if that was normal for them or not.
But to answer - yes, of course. They engage the enemy and are often a little to close for their own comfort etc... But they can handle themselves very well. (the more experienced ones).
