I belive Dream intreprations as nothing but a hobby but here goes.
The heart probably represents love, so you'll have love in your life
The pain you feel represent pain and suffering you'll feel in the relationship
U getting over the pain and it being finished means you'll get over that person and will break up w/ them
The picture of the tatto represents that it will leave a lasting impression on you.
