| No....vomiting does not mean you have diabetes. It can be a million other things.
Diabetes type 1 is for people who have had it since they were little. It can be controlled with medicine but it's hard to manage.
Diabetes type 2 is for people who have it later on in life. It can be controleld with proper diet.
