| Vomiting CAN be a sign of uncontrolled diabetes, but you haven't mentioned any other symptoms that would come way before that stage so it's doubtful that you have diabetes. (I won't go into detail as to why diabetes may cause vomiting or we'll be here all night.)
If you are really worried about it, your best option is to book to see your doctor. S/he will listen to what symptoms you tell her/him you have, and decide whether s/he would be justified in carrying out further tests. The first of these tests would probably to test your urine to see if there's any sugar (glucose) present. This would give her/him an indication as to whether further testing would be necessary. S/he may also carry out a fingerprick blood test. Again, this would indicate whether sugar was present. (It's more accurate than simply testing the urine.) The next blood test would be a fasting blood plasma test, which means that you wouldn't have eaten from the night before.
I'll leave it at that because I honestly don't believe, from your lack of symptoms, that you are diabetic.
Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the very best of luck, and a future of good health. |
