cavassi has a spectacular aura about
An organizational psychologist would develop a study to try to find out how people feel about where they work and what could their employer do to make them feel better about their work. They may even perform several little experiments to test their hypothesis. In addition the OP (Organizational Psychologist) would draw from the volumes of research done on other ways of improving morale and suggest changes, such as, color of the room, drapes, rearrangement of desks, water cooler, etc. They would present their findings to the employer who can accept or reject them.
