you sound like me, we suffer from being overachievers, we try to do too much and can usually make do but one needs to learn to pace and perhaps slow down by taking several "time outs" per day. find a quiet place at home, if at school, maybe go to the library, or the auditorium (my favorite place because it is always quiet there) just take 5-15 minutes to gather your thoughts or try to imagine yourself in a relaxing place.-blurey
