| Whenever I get stressed out about things, I have to take a step back and count how many things I am blessed to have in my life. You need to do what makes YOU happy and quit worry about everyone else. You make your own happiness. Get involved with groups that you're interested in, meet some new people who have positive outlooks. Whenever I get totally overwhelmed I do kick boxing, it ALWAYS gets my frustrations out. Make a cd with a bunch of up beat songs! And just keep in mind that life is short and it's only as good as you make it. |
