I guess you want to know the resistance of a wire conductor.

To keep it simple,I would answer so simple -

1.More length,more resistance since a charge has to move longer.
2.Cross section area.More area,less resistance.
3,4 These two factors are quite depend on its characteristics.

Please note that answers above are given by limit conditions for example, DC or AC , low freq. or high,etc.
