| Yes I have been thru this with my Daughter. I stay away from the big guns first and then if she is still having problems hit some of the lower ones til I find what works and what doesn't. Sometimes they will outgrow some of them.
My daughter is highly allergic to Walnuts and hazelnuts, and cashews so basically they tell me to stay away from all nuts since they are processed in plants that have mixed nuts. I did however find a certain brand of peanut butter she can have.
With other things I find that she can have it in moderation and other things only once in a blue moon without having too many problems.
The trick is to not go crazy. Find those things that reallt bother him and eliminate them and maybe introduce them at a much later time to see if he can handle them in smaller doses.
It is hit and miss. I kept a journal at the begining which really helped. |
