Yin Yang has a spectacular aura about
Philosophy vs Religion?

A lot of religiousts like to mention in their answers that science cannot prove whether or not God exists or doesn't exist, and within the confines of scientific methodology, that's actually true; of course science also can't prove whether or not unicorns and trolls exist either, but that doesn't seem to result in anyone blindly worshipping them, but anywho... Proffessional philosophers have a very different methodology than scientists do; in fact, in proffessional philosophy the conclusion stands that life is meaningless. Arguements against God include the famous; "If God created existence then he must, as a rule, be non-existent", and "If a god is a necessary requirement for meaning and purpose, then that god must have another god in order for it to have meaning and purpose, ad infinitum", as well as; "If a god is required for creation, then according to the laws of causality, that god must have a god to create it, ad infinitum". What say you to that?
