| Hi Barbara C. here and I am 55-not a senior but,I am a disabled person with osteoporosis,fybromyalga,rheumatoid arthritis,artificial hip-waiting on other replacements so yes I do get mad when young people that are healthy and happy answer when most of them do not even have nothing wrong with them but,just sit by and criticize the people that they know nil about.they all say we know but,no you don't know what it's like to be in bed and need to go to the washroom but,can't get up or if you
are hungry and can't even walk 3/4 of a block
to get something.moving sometimes is a chore like even getting washed and dressed
in the afternoon as you can't sleep due to pain and agony.The only thing that would be really nice is if they could just have a bit of empathy and not ask but,just do and don't ask questions so that you have to think of what you are trying to forget to survive and that is the pain of living in a world of people that just seem to care about themselves only
I know because I use to dwell on this when I was younger but,now I just live day to day.
Yes I get mad and I;m not even a senior but,in some ways can empathize with seniors.  |
