| Cough medicine?
I have a terrible cough. No matter how much or how hard I cough it's still not very productive. I have been taking cough medicine day and night because during the day I need to be able to work and can't get much done when I'm constantly coughing. At night I can't sleep if I don't take it.
I know I need to get whatever this junk is out of my lungs but how can I do that and still be able to work and sleep?
Guess I should also mention that I've been taking Bronkaid in addition to the cough medicine to help releive the tightness in my chest. Bronkaid has an expectorant in it. |
