| Don't try to gain weight! When I was a teen, I would try to gain weight! I couldn't. Then when I hit 20, I gained 10 lbs and I had hard time losing it. Your metabolism will slow over the years and you will gain weight. Look at your friends parents to realize that what I'm telling you is true. Just enjoy your thinness. I'm 5'5, I exercise 6 days a week, for 1 hr. I alternate cardio with weights. I had a fitness evaluation and my body requires 1843 calories a day to maintain my weight at my current level of activity. This should give you an example. Good luck! |
