| I think 3/4 leggings, they could be plain or have some design to them, your choice! And a simple black cardigan. Then top the outfit off with black flats!
Or you could wear a simple black or white top underneath it, short or longsleaved, depends on the temperature.
Even a cute vest that seems to be in style now. Which would work with some knee-high boots.
Just experiment with things in your wardrobe, so the oufit will suit you.
