Way too much today. Depending upon where you go look at about 20,000 to 40,000 per year for a university and 5,000 to 15,000 for a public state college.

Is it not a coincidence that college administrators make substantially more today after tuition rate shot up in the 90's??

When considering cost do not forget what it costs to live. For a truly worthwhile college experience remain a full-time student and refrain from working while in school. Summer jobs are OK.

A good way to start is to begin at a community college and greatly reduce your long-term costs. Apply for grants and scholarships and do all it takes to avoid loans. Loans are hideous and are wose than gum on a shoe. Loan interest rates can go up too.

Good luck!
