Mika has a spectacular aura about
MLA in-line citation, sentence ends with quotation?

I'm not sure where the citation goes:

According to the Institute of Medicine, “there is no evidence that marijuana serves as a stepping stone on the basis of its particular physiological effect.” (Lowry 180)

Should it be after the period but before the quotation mark? Or just like it is above?
