| Not sure how long before the vet opens, but I would take this puppy to the emergency vet right now - and take the paint can as well.
If the paint contains any metal, such as lead or zinc, it could be doing awful things to your dog right now, and they need to get him on supportive care, as well as get as much of it out of him.
