| I can always tell someone has been brainwashed when they use the words "socialized medicine." The candidates are simply proposing that we have a different way of paying for health care so that we can all have health care. Right now, we the taxpayers are footing the bill for all the uninsured, who are forced to go to the emergency room for a sore throat or a broken toe. It would be a lot cheaper for all of us to have a
single payer system like other countries have.
In other words, there's no socialism. Move away from your fears. |
