I will be meeting him in North Carolina, so what is the weather like during those months? I would really like to wear a dress but I have a feeling it might be too chilly? Any ideas are appreciated. I'm not sure whether to go formal or casual. Do they have anything special that they do during the homecoming, such as speaches, etc. that I need to dress up for? Thanks!
