| He's not joining the Navy for the money. You can make money at the post office. Maybe that's the excuse he's giving you, because he knows you don't approve.
You can't make him not join if that's what he wants to do. If he's signed up now in wartime, believe me, he WANTS to join the Navy for reasons other than money, or benefits he may not live to enjoy. You may not understand or agree, but it's quite obviously the truth.
It's his decision, not yours. |
