How is my diet today?

At work spread out....

Kashi puffs cereal and 1% milk ... 170 cal.

about 3/4 cup Blueberries

Low cal whole grain bread with serving of chunky peanut butter ....280 cal.

Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup on the Go... 70 cal.

Dinner: Subway Veggie Delight .. all veggies but onions
