| I eat under 1000 calories a day, but still don't lose any weight. why not?
Sometimes I eat a lot less, sometimes a lot more, depending on the day, but average about 1000 calories a day. I am active, and just started taking diet pills, but the most I ever lose is like 5 lbs. I am currently 5ft4 115 lbs, and want to lose 10 lbs.
