You might reconsider the pasa and any kind of chips. You might also reconsider some of the starchy veggies you are eating and not thinking about!! Any root veggie is a starchy veggie!! Starch is carbs is sugar in the system!!!
I cannot eat any of the root veggies without having to deal with higher glucose numbers.
