The tables are symbolic of your job and the fact you cannot get to those tables and everything is going wrong is meaning that you are frustated with the job..that there is no real beginning or end to this job...that although it is a lot of work and someone has to do it...that it doesn't really matter that it is you doing it.... You are getting no where with this job, in the mean time you are wasting precious time (the ice is melting) and you are missing out on opportunities (nothing is going right and you are knocking things over) You continue in this job to please other people not yourself (the people are mad) and your service really means very little in the scheem of things.( all your hard work is getting you no where, you are falling furthar behind) There is definitely something else you would rather be doing (don't look now but your ice is melting and your customers are angry) this job is lacking in the new found direction you have in your life (where is your book ?)
