Calories i ate so far...PLEASE help me out!?

Today i had .......
Special K (110 cals)
Fiber one bar(140 cals)
Light chocolate soy milk (120 cals)

whole wheat ham sandwich(150)
dried prunes(100)
raisins(45)
100 cal pack.

yogurt(100 cals)
Apple (80 cals)
for dinner i had this south beach tofu, spinach, cheeese, sundried tomatoe and peper dish..it said 140 cals per serving in the cook book and i think i had 2 servings or less so i rounded it to like 300 calories for dinner.

i have had like 1,313 cals today and have only burned 50 cals on the treadmill..and idk how many i bunred walking around school all day.
I want to burn 300 calories tonight be4 bed..how long should i stay on my treadmill on speed 3 to do this?

Oh and is this a good diet plan (plus some more veggies)?
oh and then 4 desert i had another 100 cal pack
SORRY not 1,313 i meant 1,414 cals!
whoopss, i am 5'9 weigh about 132-136 pounds and would like to get to 120 by june
