| First of all I would strongly recommend you go see a chiropractor. A good chiropractor can put the bones back in place (without cutting you up) and make you feel so much better. I started seeing one when my hips didn't go back in place correctly after having my second child. When I started going I was very close to having a ruptured disk which would have required surgery to repair. After only a few visits he was able to relieve the pressure on the disk saving me from surgery and after several more visits, evened my hips up. My back is is much better shape these days and when one of my hips goes out of alignment I just go see my chiropractor and she puts in right back in place. You can also look into taking a supplement called Glucosamine. It is marketed in several different forms. I just take the lower priced generic equivalent when I can find one and it works just as well as the name brands like Osteo-Bio-Flex. I had a lot of damage to my hips and lower back due to a difficult delivery of my last baby. I exercise, stretch, take the glucosamine and see my chiropractor regularly and that combination has really helped to keep me active and pain free |
