Here's a sample of a poem I've written:

Entitled: Where I Dream of You

I dream of you every night.
I dream of you in the perfect light.
I dream of you remembering every word you ever said.
I dream of you in my nice comfortable bed.
I dream of you when the sky is a beautiful dark blue.
I just wish my dreams would come true.
I dream of you in my warm soft sheets.
I dream of you, and the dream repeats.
I love to dream of you just to see your face.
Maybe one day you'll actually be in my place.
But until then I'll continue dreaming of you while I lay my head on my pillow case.
