| IF there is no specific reason to award judgement to one part or the other, like drugs, no money, no home and so on..The judge will ALWAYS give 50./50 custody to the parents. You will be required before the divorce is granted to work out an arrangement for the child which will have to be approved by the court before a marirage can be officially divorced. |
