My high school sweetheart went into the airforce. The first place he got stationed was Alaska. This of course was after all his training. We married, but just cause you marry, doesn't mean they will keep him close. Here's the thing. YOu HAVE to let him do what he wants and needs to do with his future. YOu may miss him, but if it's love, it will work out. Don't just get married to be close, you have to get married for the right reasons which is true honest deep love. Military life is a hard one at times, especially for young people. So get what you want with your life and education, neither of you should change your goals, only make them work for the both of you. If you can't do this, then let him go. My x worked on the F16 plane. Yes they will pay for his education. Good luck hun.
