Boyfriend going to Air Force, ways to cope?

He can't be a pilot unless he's a college graduate. Why don't you look into joining the Air Force too? You can't hang your life on him and his ambitions you have to have something going on for yourself too. Normally airmen go directly from basic training to tech school with no leave in between and the first time he'll have to come home will be after tech school. He wouldn't have the opportunity for college classes until he completed all his job training. Then he could probably take night classes. The Air Force will pay 100% tuition while he is on active duty. Here's some links to read for information and give you a better understanding. Lot's of info.http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/generalinfo/a/military101.htmhttp://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningthemilitary/u/joining_up.htmhttp://usmilitary.about.com/od/airforcejoin/Joining_the_Air_Force.htm
