Well, if you're 11 like I've seen you say before, if your parents will let you, go for it. Personally, I think people shouldn't date that young. You should just be friends. You don't need extra drama of having the idea of a boyfriend. What will eleven year olds do anyways?? Wait a few years if you still like eachother. Personally, I think people should wait until about 14, or maybe 13 to date (like 9th grade) because younger kids don't need to grow up that fast.
