Let him contest it. Don't 'sweat the small stuff' - his contesting the divorce he asked for is small stuff. If he complained about the carpet in the lawyer's office, that's small stuff too. The guy's confused and confusing but he's out of your life for now. Just get the divorce over with and hope that he has a better relationship with his son in the future. |
