My final tests are coming!!!?

Honestly, I really hate studying for exams, I have ADD and find the task very difficult. However you can make It easier on yourself during the semester by summarising each chapter/ topic in 1-2 pages, it doesn't have to be really detailed, just point form so it can remind you of the key topic's/equations.To study successfully DO NOT do it all at once! And not longer then 20 -30 Min's. What I do that works for me is I set a timer for 10 -15 Min's, (depending on how much I like the topic/ can concentrate on it) and when time is up you make sure you take a 5 - 10 minute break. It works well for me and actually helps me study for longer. I got this tip from a few friends and my councillor. Also what really helps me to stay focused is to have something that gets my attention next to me, (and not your phone, make sure that is off and DO NOT turn it on until you are done) Like a cup of tea, popcorn, and even something as silly as silly putty, it helps me stay focused at the task at hand. Also I turn all the lights in my house off except for my desk lamp so if I decide to look around to find something to get distracted to doing, I can't see anything so I don't get distracted!Good Luck on exams, don't cram it doesn't work!
